Prenatal Workout Clothes I’m Loving in My Third Trimester

 
 

Let’s be real — finding cute, comfy, and supportive workout clothes during pregnancy isn’t always easy. By the third trimester, the bump is bumping and stretchy pants become less of a want and more of a need 😅

Here are a few pieces I’m living in lately when I work out (and honestly, when I don’t too)

 

Supportive Maternity Leggings

These are my ride-or-die leggings right now. High-waisted, buttery soft, and they actually stay up over the bump without digging in.

Lightweight Nursing-Friendly Sports Bra

Even though I’m not nursing yet, I love a bra that offers some flexibility. These give me support without feeling restrictive.

Flowy Tanks + Oversized Tees

Nothing beats a loose tank over a fitted belly. I layer these over sports bras and wear them long after my workout. Neither are maternity specific but each fit nice and loose. And I opted to size up

Slip-On Sneakers = Lifesavers

Because let’s be honest — who’s trying to bend down and tie laces in month 8? These are my current faves.
